ML9648 Displacement Display Instrument Manual
The ML9648 displacement display instrument is a high-precision displacement display instrument independently developed by Jinan Miliang Electric. The instrument can input pulse signals or RS485 communication, and can input 220V voltage or 24V voltage according to user requirements. The ML9648 displacement display instrument adopts internationally recognized terminals, has a convenient size and installation, and has parameter password protection function, dual relay bidirectional action, bidirectional automatic reset and other functions.
1、 Parameter description of displacement display instrument:

Pn-11 Pn11=0 ≤ lower limit action and ≥ upper limit action, with no action in between Pn11=1 ≥ lower limit action and ≥ upper limit action. When Pn08=0, the relay action is determined based on the set value
When Pn08 is non-zero, it automatically resets according to the set reset time t,
When Pn11=3, the relay operates in both directions, and according to Pn08, it automatically resets in both directions from 0 to 20

ML9648 displacement display instrument parameter settings:
1. When there is no password protection
1) Press the function key (MO) for more than 2 seconds during normal operation, and the main display window will show Pn-00; To enter the parameter settings, you can use the ↑↓ keys to loop through the display until you want to modify the parameter Pn XX
2) When the parameter "Pn XX" is displayed in the main window, press the OK key (En) to enter the parameter setting state, and the last digit of the parameter displayed in the main window will flash;
3) To modify the value, make sure the current modification bit is the flashing bit. If not, you can cycle through the flashing bit position from right to left by pressing the function key (MO). The number of digits displayed for different parameters is different. Use the ↑↓ keys to change the value. After setting the parameters, press the OK key (En) to exit the settings for parameter Pn0XX,
4) Press (MO) to return to working mode.
5) When entering any state in the settings, if the clear key (CL.) is pressed, the exit will not be saved, but the newly modified parameters will be temporarily valid until the power is turned off (except for the serial port baud rate), and will be restored to the previous settings after powering on again. This function can be used to view parameters.
2. When there is password protection
When the function key is pressed and the above method is used to enter the corresponding settings, the main window displays "Pn-CO." and enters the password input state. At this time, the window displays 0000, with the lowest position flashing. Follow the above steps and enter the correct password using the ↑↓ keys and the function key (MO). Press the confirm key (En) to confirm, and the program enters the parameter setting state. If the password is entered incorrectly or the reset button (CL.) is pressed, the program will return to working mode.
3、 ML9648 displacement display calibration function
1. Press and hold the function keys (MO) and (EN) simultaneously for more than 1 second in normal mode, and the window will display C-0000 (this is the input password state, not necessarily 0000, may be any 4-digit number, default password 1111, cannot be changed, use the ↑↓ keys to modify the value and move the flashing position of the function keys (MO), enter the correct password 1111, press the OK key (En) to enter calibration, and the window will display "Cn --0", display "0" and flash (if not flashing, press EN once). This number is the calibration point, which can be adjusted by using the ↑↓ keys, with an adjustment range of 2-9. Press the OK key (En) to enter calibration (if adjusting the calibration point). If it is 1, no calibration will be performed. The window displays "Cn --1". Press EN again, and the window will display 6 "0s" and the lowest position will flash. At this time, the device is adjusted to the starting position, enter the display value of the first point, and press En After confirmation, the window displays "Cn-2". Press EN to confirm, then enter the second point display value using the above method (indicating that the device needs to be adjusted to the second point position at this time). Press the OK button (En) to enter the next point calibration window, which displays "Cn-3". Press En in sequence until the calibration reaches the set number of calibration points. Press the OK button (En) to save the calibration parameters and exit, returning to normal state. If the calibration is not completed, press the reset button (CL.) to cancel the previous calibration value. Please operate with caution!
When there is password protection, the same parameter settings as mentioned above apply
Peak function
In the working state, press the OK key (En) first and then press the ↑ key, the MAX-P indicator light will turn on, and the PV window will always display the displacement peak value. Press the confirm key (En) again and then press the ↑ key, the MAX-P indicator light will turn off, and the displacement peak state will be exited.
Restore factory settings
In the working state, press the ↑ and ↓ keys simultaneously for more than 5 seconds, and the buzzer will beep once.
